AI agents & Agentic AI as a Service
Task-specific and multi-agent systems that read, reason and act across your tools, delivered and operated as a managed service.
AI Services
We automate repetitive, document-heavy and decision-heavy work with AI, from intelligent workflows and document processing to secure AI agents we build, host and operate for you as a managed service (Agentic AI as a Service).
What’s Included
Intelligent automation and managed AI agents (Agentic AI as a Service): document processing, workflow automation, copilots and multi-agent systems.
Task-specific and multi-agent systems that read, reason and act across your tools, delivered and operated as a managed service.
Extract, classify and validate data from forms, invoices, claims, referrals and contracts with AI.
Automate hand-offs, approvals and data entry across systems, combining AI with RPA and APIs.
Assistants grounded in your knowledge (RAG) for staff, customers and patients, with citations.
Secure connections to CRM, ERP, EHR, ticketing, email and IoT platforms so automation takes real action.
Permissions, approvals, audit logs, monitoring, cost control and continuous improvement.
Healthcare IoT
AI that runs at the bedside, on smart IV pumps, wearable ECG patches and room gateways, so the right clinician is alerted within seconds, even on a slow network.
ECG patches and vitals sensors are screened on the device or a bedside gateway for rhythm changes and early-warning-score trends, then flagged for clinician review. Only events and summaries go to the cloud.
IV pump data is checked against orders and drug-library limits at the edge. Occlusion, dose and rate anomalies are routed to the right nurse in seconds.
Models run beside the patient, so alerting keeps working when hospital Wi-Fi is slow or down and syncs once the connection returns.
Less patient data leaves the room. Alerts flow into the EHR (HL7 FHIR), nurse call and secure messaging, designed around HIPAA, PHIPA and PIPEDA.
Alerts support clinical judgement and never replace it. Where a solution is regulated as a medical device (FDA or Health Canada), we build with the required quality and validation processes.
Use Cases
Proven patterns across the industries we serve.
Prior-authorization preparation, patient intake triage, referral and scheduling assistants.
First-notice-of-loss intake, claims document review and fraud-signal flagging.
Agents that resolve routine requests and hand complex cases to staff with full context.
Invoice processing, reconciliations, report generation and data entry across systems.
Lead research, qualification, proposal drafting and CRM hygiene.
Ticket triage, runbook automation and IoT alert investigation.

FAQ
Quick answers about AI Automation.
It is a managed service where we design, build, host and continuously improve AI agents for you. Instead of buying separate tools and hiring specialists, you get working agents that automate tasks across your systems, operated under agreed service levels.
A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent can plan multi-step work and take actions, such as looking up records, updating systems, drafting documents and escalating to people, within the permissions and approvals you set.
Work that is repetitive, rules-heavy or document-heavy, such as intake, data entry, claims and invoice processing, scheduling, reporting and first-line support, usually delivers the fastest return.
Yes, when designed correctly. We apply least-privilege access, human approval for sensitive actions, full audit logs and data-residency controls, and we work under a Business Associate Agreement where HIPAA applies.
Yes. With edge AI, the models run on the device or a bedside gateway, so alerts from wearable ECG patches, vitals sensors and smart infusion pumps keep working through slow or lost connections and sync to the EHR when the network returns. Alerts are designed to support clinicians, not replace their judgement.
A focused first agent typically reaches a production pilot in 4 to 8 weeks, depending on integrations and approvals.
